Returns
Unfortunately due to the nature of textiles after your order has been cut, returns will not be accepted. All sales are Final. Ann's Fabric Shop holds the right to deny refunds and returns on any orders, with the exception of manufacture defective products. Those products that have a manufacture defective will be subjected to a refund or credit.
Exchange
Exchanges will only be accepted if the product has been deemed as a manufacture defect.
Cancellation
Please note that once an online order has been placed, we have begun cutting and packaging it up for you, no cancellation or change of order can be made!
